OMEGA, spol. s r.o. has implemented and certified management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Product quality is the highest priority in our production. Inspection begins with material procurement and continues through every operation up to the final product shipment to the customer. The entire production process is tracked using barcodes.
Our quality control department is equipped with modern measuring instruments and provides customers with measurement protocols for delivered products. Upon request, we also provide material certificates and heat treatment certificates.

Accuracy class: up to class 4 according to DIN standards
We specialize in the production of gear transmissions within a module range of 1.0 to 6.0 and with precision up to class 4 according to DIN standards. We offer a wide range of products – from spur and helical gears to chain sprockets and ring gears, as well as splined, coupling, and hollow shafts.

The core focus of OMEGA’s production is the serial manufacturing of gears and shafts for gearboxes, as well as timing gears, hollow shafts, ring gears, and other components. Production is carried out using our own material, including heat treatment.
